They were very patient and answered all the questions, showed us the cars, took us for a test drive. A genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. Phoned up two days in advance to book an appointment to view a particular car, when I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. The car was freshly cleaned, I was taken for a test drive and allowed to test everything on the car and never felt rushed or pressured. I decided to purchase and drive the car home that day.
