From initial quote to final payment, including the excellent administration from Karen, the work of replacing our toilet and bathroom windows was completed exactly on time as promised. Carl & Dan completed the installation to a very high standard. They were friendly, efficient and above all very professional. They even fixed a problem with our front door without us even asking them! I would highly recommend this company and would happily use them again.

I have used The Cambridge Window company on 2 occasions: To remove a brick wall and reinstate a window, and previously to replace some windows with triple glazing, a couple of which needed to be with mirrored glass. Whilst replacing the mirrored windows didn't go totally smoothly, as the glass originally supplied by the glazing company was not mirrored. Karen from CWC worked to get agreement from the manufacturers to refund the cost of this and sourced an alternative supplier with suitable mirrored glass keeping me informed as the process progressed. The best companies to deal with show their value not when things go right, but how they deal with them when issues occur, and CWC have lived up to their reputation here. I can not rate Cambridge Windows high enough. After being previously let down by another company I turned to Cambridge Windows for help. Well, they couldn’t be more helpful. Replied to my initial enquiry within a few hours & came around to measure up within 24 hrs. So impressed!!! As soon as the glass was in they called me and were able to fit it again within 24hrs. Used The Cambridge Window Company for a warm roof replacement with new aluminium box gutter and new upvc french doors (to replace an old leaking polycarb conservatory roof). Great communication throughout to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction, Carl and Dan went above and beyond, always respectful of the property taking care to protect surfaces and thoroughly clean up afterwards, any jobs that were subcontracted (plastering, electrics for spotlights) used excellent tradespeople who I would happily have back again for other jobs. I can't recommend them highly enough. Quote was not the cheapest I had, but was reasonable for the work involved and I am so glad I chose to spend a bit more to end up with the quality of workmanship and materials we received. You get what you pay for, simple as that. A stress-free, worry-free experience. Worth every penny. The day it was all finished it poured it down all day, not a leak in sight. Happy days.

This was our second time using The Norfolk Window Company and we will certainly be using them again! Karen at head office was incredibly responsive and helpful (and patient too!) in fine tuning the design to match our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. We had four windows replaced by CWC today. From arranging the original quote right through to installation the company has been helpful and professional. The fitters were punctual, friendly and completed the installation efficiently and well. We would not hesitate to recommend CWC.

CWC replaced all of the windows plus the front door and French doors on our house. We're really glad we used CWC for our new doors and windows - they're a great company. We took ages deciding what we wanted (months in fact) and changed the designs a lot. Karen was very helpful in providing info about colours, finishes and technical details throughout. Carl and Dan are great guys, they worked really hard during the installation and were really professional. When you talk to them you can tell they really know their stuff. The actual fitted doors and windows look fantastic inside and out - we get loads of compliments! Brilliant service generally, not just during the installation, but afterwards as well e.g. when Dan and Carl have been happy to come back to make some minor adjustments to the door hardware months later. On their last visit they also provided us with some additional trim for around the windows, free of charge in case we need this due to some work we’re having done in the kitchen. The Cambridge Window Company rescued us after a cowboy builder left our extension half finished. They came out to measure within a few days, gave us detailed options on products and pricing, and the glazing was fitted with no problems at all. All the team are so helpful.
